Although, this year I will not attend San Francisco, CA, USA for the annual Fall meeting of the American Geophysical Union. I would like you to draw attention to our work to be presented:
- On Tuesday, Tim Wright (Leeds) will present on my behalf our latest results and developments for LiCSAR (a system to automatically compute interferograms for measuring surface ground deformation): G23A-1037 LiCSAR: Tools for automated generation of Sentinel-1 frame interferograms. Come and visit the poster from 13:40 to 18:00, in the Moscone South Poster Hall. This is one of the main behind-scene components of the new COMET service for Sentinel-1 interferograms! http://comet.nerc.ac.uk/COMET-LiCS-portal/
- On the same Tuesday, I contribute to the Richard Walters (Durham) presentation on G22A-01 Plate-scale measurement of interseismic strain from Sentinel-1 Those are really exciting results and you should make to this talk! Moscone West, room 3002 at 10:20-10:35.
- Finally on Friday, Sergio Leon-Rios (PhD student with us in Liverpool) will present geodetic and seismological results from our project in Ecuador: T51E-2987 The Seismic Sequence of the 2016 Mw 7.8 Pedernales, Ecuador Earthquake 08:00 – 12:20, in the Moscone South Poster Hall. Visit the poster before leaving San Francisco!
